As a Senior Associate, Helmut offers a wealth of general accounting, tax and business expertise, with a focus on privately-owned Canadian corporations.

Helmut has a keen interest in developing relationships and understanding his clients’ needs. He enjoys assisting business owners in understanding and structuring their business to become more profitable while minimizing their overall tax burden. Meticulous, analytical and diplomatic by nature, Helmut draws on more than 40 years of knowledge and experience as an accountant in public practice to achieve exceptional results on behalf of his clients.

Outside of work, Helmut enjoys vacationing, travelling, movies, Netflix, snow skiing, water sports, hiking, cycling and cheering on the Vancouver Canucks. He is the proud father of three adult children and two in-law children, and thoroughly enjoys his role as a grandfather.
