Tanya Lind

As Senior Manager, Operations & Administration at Avisar, Tanya plays a key role in human resources and the daily operations of the firm, with a particular emphasis on new initiatives. Her expertise lies in business strategy, process development, marketing, mentoring, and leadership within the firm.

With over a decade of experience in accounting-focused administration, Tanya brings extensive knowledge and a proven track record of success in the accounting services field. Her background as a kitchen manager and her hospitality-focused business diploma have instilled in her a “client first” attitude and a service-oriented approach to team interactions. Her passion for leadership and personal development is invaluable as she guides the Avisar team toward excellence.

Tanya’s friendly yet professional communication style and her strong problem-solving abilities are critical assets in her role. She frequently handles challenging and time-sensitive requests from team members, clients, and external agencies. As a mentor to other administrators, she continually refines Avisar’s systems to ensure exceptional client services.

Tanya’s favourite part of her job is planning team and community events, where she can bring people together and foster a sense of camaraderie and collaboration.

Outside the office, Tanya is dedicated to her family and her community. Currently, Tanya serves as the President of her Strata Council. In the past she has held various positions on Parent Advisory Councils at her daughter’s schools, serving as Treasurer, President, Secretary, and Member at Large. Additionally, she has supported the Langley Fastball Association as the volunteer Director of Food and Beverage Operations and a member of the Tournament Organizing Committee.
