With extensive experience in public practice focusing on privately held entities, Ricco possesses a wealth of expertise in servicing owner-managed and family-owned businesses across diverse corporate frameworks.

Before joining Avisar, Ricco held positions at both mid-sized and Big Four accounting firms, undertaking a broad spectrum of assurance and tax engagements for private corporations.

At Avisar, Ricco focuses on assisting small and mid-sized businesses with corporate and personal income tax compliance, GST, financial reporting, WCB and related advisory matters.  She also plays a pivotal role in coaching and mentoring junior accountants.  She excels in problem-solving, leveraging her extensive professional background and business expertise to maximize client success.

Beyond her professional endeavours, Ricco enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and her two children.  They often explore parks, and trails, and attend family-friendly outdoor events.
