Bernice Kristoff-Trowell, CPA, CMA, TEP

As Avisar’s longest standing team member, Bernice brings a creative problem-solving approach and “out of the box” thinking to achieve superior results for her clients.

Bernice’s primary focus at Avisar is to deliver quality and value-added services to her clients, while also facilitating internal technical training and development for junior accounting staff. With a natural talent for strategic planning and building relationships, Bernice has been a key player in the development and delivery of Avisar’s Estate Planning services. As a designated Trust and Estate Practitioner (TEP), Bernice is well positioned to provide much needed insight into trust and estate planning matters and to handle end-of-life tax affairs with practical compassion.

When she isn’t working, Bernice can be found giving back to the community she dearly loves. She is an active supporter of girls and women’s softball, acting as the volunteer treasurer for the Cloverdale Minor Softball Association, scorekeeping at the Canada Cup International Softball Championship and other Softball BC events.
