Tanya Young

In her role as Administrative Assistant to the Tax Group, Tanya brings over 7 years of Canadian income tax related experience and a passion for producing results and exceeding customer expectations. As a former kitchen manager and a graduate of Vancouver Community College’s Hospitality Management Program, Tanya brings a dynamic element of customer service to her role. Since joining Avisar, Tanya has implemented a variety of time saving processes, controls and systems that have been of great benefit. Tanya’s pleasant phone manner, attention to detail, and problem solving skills are essential assets in her role, where she is often faced with handling difficult and/or time sensitive requests from team members, clients and outside agencies.

When she isn’t working, Tanya spends her time cooking for her family and friends, travelling, camping and volunteering for various softball and lacrosse teams.
