Steven Krause

As the president of Avisar Chartered Accountants, Steve brings a wealth of experience in both owner-managed businesses and public companies. Steve’s strategic vision and commitment to quality results has been a key factor in the continued growth of Avisar as a firm, as well as the development and maintenance of client relationships. By applying his skills in business analysis, strategic acquisitions and financings, financial and securities reporting, prospectuses, business plans and taxation, Steve helps ensure that businesses are on solid financial footings. Steve’s experience stretches through many sectors including mining, high tech, land development and manufacturing. He has also dealt extensively with multi-jurisdictional public companies conducting business in foreign countries.

Steve has served – and continues to serve – as CFO for various mining and exploration companies and is currently on the Board of Directors for Luna Gold Corporation. Outside of work, Steve enjoys fly fishing and spending time with his wife Kristine and their three children.
